Welcome to The Dance Company

TDC is a dance school based in Teddington, Middlesex, following the world renowned ISTD syllabus. The Dance Company came to life in September 2022, and is formerly known as Village School of Dance (1987-2022).

Meg grew up dancing at the Village School of Dance since the age of 2, taking part in exams, Shows and also choreographing. Since taking over the dance school in April 2022, Meg has introduced new and exciting classes to an already successful timetable. Historically the school has offered children the opportunity to take Ballet and Tap Exams regularly and perform in a biennial show. Since Meg has been on board children have also had the chance to compete in dance competitions.

Our Mission

The Dance Company aims to focus on each individual child to reach their full potential while at the same time gaining confidence, self esteem, good deportment and most of all having fun.

Classes

We offer classes in ISTD Ballet, Tap & Street Dance as well as Jazz, Conditioning and Acro classes. We welcome beginners and experienced dancers. Please see our timetable or contact Meg for more info.
